Did you see!?

There was an incredible gift last night! It rained - it was beautiful! No matter what I love the rain when you can be out in it. That moment when you realize there's no avoiding it. That you will get wet and it is warm and you look around you and realize that time stands still for just a moment. If you don't slow down you could miss it. It was like this last night. It evoked so much emotion and I learned so much. Rain brings a sense of being able to move on at times. While driving home I encountered a mudslide. It was washed over the entire road and yet it was gone by the morning break because it moved on...the rain helped it move on. Sounds cheesy and may not even make that much sense but for me it doesn't have to. I got home and it was still lightening every which direction and so I went inside grabbed a blanket and laid out under the sky and just watched! It was so beautiful :) So until later I just have to say thank you to Mother Nature ;) she brought this emotion on. And to God! Holy cow you do love me...just look at what I got to see last night~and to Scott who agreed to come out with me last night for which if not I would've been sleeping and missed that small window of opportunity to learn.
