news of sorts
So another post of the continuing saga of my adventurous misadventures of my post surgery days.
I can't begin to tell you how little I remember from the first few hours after I woke with new forigen cadaver pieces in me. Oh that's right did I mention I have some random boys ligaments in me?? Oh yeah baby! I'm not all me anymore - creeeepy eh?
I had a funny flashback today as I had a personal upchuck moment in the wc. {seriously though nuff said about that issue} So flashback eh? Intrigued? K so number one guess what guys?! I had a pregnancy test done and apparently I passed in the "yes it was just a scare!" kind of pass. So you ask me como que baby test? That's right peeps after the nurse went through a whole mess of questions that were all over the board she still said as she was starting my IV - "p.s. I'll be drawing some blood as well to do a pregnancy test." What the tuna? Like my answers weren't good enough for you that you doubt me and than tell me to my face. Major issues with this when I woke up. I was so frustrated that they thought I would lie. Do I seem like an inhumane individual that would lie about a fetus just to be put under to be knifed in the ankle. I don't think so!! Upon waking up I ranted for a moment to my fam - and I sure did cuddle with my sissy. That's right, Ashpey totally showed up just days before my big hospital stay and she fo sho did everything she could to make me comfy whilst in the hospital. Seriously though - you have no idea. She's brilliant!

A new beginning - a new chapter
Any self help tips on how not to get up at 4 am??
anyone?
Duh of course you guys are all in bed, is there anyone that can help me?
Well seeing as all you smart cookies are still catchin some zzz's; I guess I'll fill you guys in on what I've been up to. I had surgery last week whoopie! No big deal I guess. But oh the adventures I had!
My pre-op nurse was awesome! She wins the award of being helpful, friendly, and cute personality! She rocked you guys and well I guess it shouldn't come as a shock seeing as they want you to be as relaxed as possible when you check in. That's probably how she landed the gig in the first place. Did I mention I checked in all by myself? I was dropped off and it was the best decision I made. I only had to worry about my nerves and not others getting on my nerves because they were trying to make sure my nerves were calm. {tongue twister} ha ha So the OR was FREEZING! But no matter because within about 30 seconds of being transferred to the operating table I was out! It was beautiful because I didn't wake up for several hours later.
I pretty much had a great relationship with my Morphine! Ahh it was heaven! One word BLISS! And my TV pretty much the coolest perk! It did any and everything. It could order you food or get you your nurse or the best thing-it had over well a large amount of movies available. And not lame ones but ones that are newer to the general public. Best thing that happened to me since being cut open and stiched back together. Twilight baby!!! Again I was in heaven. I watched it all day as I was coming in and out of it.
I had a wonderful first night in the hospital; although hard it was the starting point for me of a new chapter in my life. More about that later ;) loves*

Heeey you guys!!
I'm back! eww creepy when I just typed that it reminded me of this awful movie I saw this last Halloween...hmm what was it called? It's that creepy one with the lil girl and the Tv oh the Poltergeist. Anyways what a horrible pointless and disturbing movie.
So anyways here I am in bed and it's been actually an eventful week. I have lost a lot of time because of the drugs but things are slowly coming back to me and there are some funny moments and not so memorable ones. I'll get around to it eventually but for now just wanted let you know I'm alive and kickin' Love you all!

The storm that's to come
So peeps this is what I have to look forward to....granted it will be one foot vs two and I'll be in a hard cast not bandages and a boot I can remove...ha ha but either way I just laugh because this is going to be no beuno fun :( catch ya on the flip side. I head in this morning for an early cocktail hour plus a nice nappy poo and will be home and stiched up within the day. So I'll be sure to get back to you eventually.Blast from the past!
So it's nearin the end peeps...it's inevitable and I've known it all along. Summer is coming to a close and with that being said there are still a few last minute things that need to take place. I realize that for me it's not just the end of summa time but of a lot of things for me. It's been a crazy whirl wind of a summer but I wouldn't change a thing. It's been wonderful to push life to the limit and do things I may never be able to do again. That being said there are still a select few things I am looking forward to doing this week. Anyone want to take a walk down memory lame? I mean lane! Ha ha Skate City is the name of the non-lame game! I loved going as a kid and in moving to Utah Classic soon filled the void in my heart for roller skating. So this week peeps it's me + the rink and we're going to show off some mad skills! One last throw down to keep it real! This may very well be the last time I kick it on the rink so you won't want to miss it! Love to you all! Peace*
